About Kristen
With a career rooted in hospitality, I’ve built my professional life around one guiding principle: people come first. From my early days in hotels-where anticipating guests’ needs and creating memorable experiences were second nature-to my work today as a real estate professional, relationships have always been at the heart of everything I do.
Real estate is more than just property-it’s about helping people navigate major life moments with confidence, clarity, and care. I bring the same attention to detail, personalized service, and integrity that defined my hospitality career into every real estate transaction. Whether I’m guiding first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families searching for their forever home, my goal is always the same: to make the process seamless, enjoyable, and built on trust.
After attending Colorado State University and earning my B.S in Marketing, I moved to Florida and fell in love with the Tampa area. My husband and I live in South Tampa and our children attend Coleman Middle School and Plant High School. I’m currently in my second year as President of the Coleman PTSA and am a board member on the Plant Academic Foundation. I believe in the power of giving back and staying connected to the community. I’m also a part of the Plant PTSA, serve on the Executive board of Young Men’s Service League where my son and I volunteer throughout the community, and am excited to begin the inaugural year of South Tampa’s chapter of National Charity League with my daughter.
Every client, every family, every transaction matters to me. That’s why I take the time to listen, to understand, and to show up. When relationships come first, everything else falls into place.
